 COVID-19 Response for Saskatoon Residents

On March 19, 2020, the City decided to close public access to City Hall and all City buildings, including fire stations, leisure facilities, attractions and Saskatoon Public Library locations. While we are closed to the public, our business operations continue to ensure core services for our residents as much as possible. Public transit currently remains operational.

Service Saskatoon

We’re working towards an approach to delivering our services that will help citizens connect to the answers and information you need from us  – quickly, simply and seamlessly.

This model of citizen service – called Service Saskatoon – is a City-wide shift in how we will deliver front line service, respond to requests and improve services into the future. It won’t be easy and it won’t happen overnight, but work is already underway. A team has been created to build and implement our new model, focused on its four key pillars: Citizen Input, Systems, Standards and Staffing.

Learn more below and get involved. Service Saskatoon is for you and about you – we’re eager to hear your ideas and suggestions.
