Programs: Drop-in fitness/aquafitness programs and lane/public/family swims. Registered Red Cross swimming lessons and recreation/fitness programs for preschoolers, children, youth and adults. Birthday party packages also available!

Leisure Pool: Big, warm-water pool designed for family fun and fitness; starts at zero depth, like a beach, and reaches 6 ft (2 m).

Water Features: Shallow splash pools, spray features, bubbler machine, rapids area, water bench, 25 m swimming lanes, hot tub and 150 ft long waterslide.

Poolside Deck: Lounge chairs, tables and vending machines; viewing area with chairs and tables in lobby.

Outdoor Deck: Open through summer months, features grass lawn and picnic area, on-deck shower and basketball hoop; can bring gas barbeque to use.

Fitness & Weight Rooms: Weight training and cardio exercise machines; poolside sauna.

Gymnasium: Fitness classes and activities, public open gym times, various sports equipment.

Multi-purpose Room: Great for fitness activities, as a dance studio and for meetings.

Child Minding/Preschool Room: Caring staff to watch your children while you workout. Also available for birthday parties and get-togethers with childsize tables, chairs and play equipment.

Indoor Playground: Drop-in times available for children seven and under (must be supervised).

Lockers:  $0.50 token lockers or use your own lock.

Change Rooms:  Male, female and family change rooms with showers available.
